Dirk Spiers - SNT Founder & CEO Dirk Spiers is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Spiers New Technologies Inc. (SNT). Dirk is a serial entrepreneur, who has founded and managed several companies in multiple industries. Prior to founding SNT, Dirk started and served as Director of ATC New Technologies. ATC New Technologies is a division of ATC Drivetrain, a leading authority on the remanufacturing of automatic transmissions, as well as a leading independent remanufacturer and new service assembler of gas engines. Under Dirk’s leadership, ATC New Technologies was the first company to offer repair, reman, refurb, and repurposing services for advanced automotive traction batteries to major automotive OEM’s.

Brian Enis - Director of Operations Brian has experience in purchasing, logistics, and human resources.  Brian holds a BBA in Human Resource Management, a BS in Air Traffic Management, and a minor in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.  Brian is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and holds the Senior Certified Professional certification.

Bryan Schultz - Director of Engineering Bryan is an electrical engineer working on various energy storage systems for both mobile and stationary applications. He received a BSEE in 2006 from the University of Oklahoma. He is an expert in battery remanufacturing, and has significant experience with cell and battery pack technology.

James Greenberger - Executive Director and Founder of NAATBatt International Jim Greenberger is the co-founder of SNT and currently serves as its nonexecutive Chairman and Secretary. Jim is the Executive Director and founder of NAATBatt International, a trade association of advanced battery manufacturers and their supply chain partners. Before founding NAATBatt International, he practiced corporate law in Chicago for 25 years, most recently as an equity partner and co-chair of the cleantech practice group at Reed Smith LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and Haverford College

Brian Rigney serves as General Manager of Dill Air Controls Products LLC, a motor vehicle parts and accessories manufacturer located in Oxford, North Carolina and an investor in the Series A Preferred Stock of SNT. Brian serves on the board of the Tire Industry Association and has been awarded four patents on inventions related to valves and pressure monitoring. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Arjun Divecha - Chairman at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC Arjun Divecha serves as Chairman at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC. Arjun serves as a Portfolio Manager of GMO funds. He is a Member of Emerging Equity Division and is also responsible for overseeing the team managing the GMO Emerging Markets Fund and the GMO Emerging Countries Fund. Prior to GMO, Arjun served 12 years at Barra Inc directing software development, marketing, client service, and emerging markets research and development. Arjun was an original investor in SNT

Tony Posawatz - CEO of Fisker Automotive Tony Posawatz worked as an automotive engineer and executive at General Motors for 32 years, ultimately serving as Vehicle Line Director for the Chevrolet Volt program from 2006 to 2012. He is a past Chairman of the Electric Drive Transportation Association and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Invictus iCAR, LLC, a consulting practice. Tony is a licensed professional engineer with degrees from Wayne State University and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Carlos Helou is Director, Sales & Marketing of the Electrolytic Division of Tronox LLC, a leader in Manganese products, with a portfolio including EMD’s and LMO’s for primary/secondary batteries. He previously served as President of SYNCRO VAC, LLC (SV)/Integrated Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. and as Director, Business Development North America of Air Liquide. Carlos currently serves as President of GREP International, a consulting practice. He holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry/Plasma Physical-Chemistry from INSA Lyon, France and an MBA from Walter Heller School of Business, Chicago, IL.

Scott Meacham - President & CEO of i2E Scott Meacham is the President and CEO of i2E, a not-for-profit corporation focused on growing innovative small businesses in Oklahoma and making a positive impact on the state’s economy. i2E is an investor in the Series A Preferred Stock of SNT. Prior joining i2E, Scott served as the 17th State Treasurer of the State of Oklahoma and as a partner and chairman of the banking and financial institutions practice group at the law firm of Crowe & Dunlevy.

Scott Meacham is the President and CEO of i2E, a not-for-profit corporation focused on growing innovative small businesses in Oklahoma and making a positive impact on the state’s economy. i2E is an investor in the Series A Preferred Stock of SNT.
